When my alignment couldn't be locked in due to a bad inner tie rod, they didn't charge me a dime even though the alignment technician spent hours trying to get it right. I really appreciate the attention to detail and honesty here, and will be back as soon as I get my new tie rods in and for any other work I can't do myself in the future.
